I offer in person and online art therapy sessions in English and Spanish where I’ll gently guide you to explore your inner world through drawing, writing, collage, and other creative expressions— No art experience needed!


What is Jungian art therapy?
Jungian art therapy is based on the idea that your inner world speaks through symbols and images. When we bring them to light, they can help us heal, understand ourselves better, and make space for change.
You might notice recurring dreams, inner conflicts, or stuck emotions. Together, we use art to work through them in a safe and creative way.
